Research and Application of SCR Multi-Point Independent Zone Measurement in Thermal Power Plants
This paper explores the research and application of a multi-point independent zone measurement system for SCR in thermal power plants.The system achieves accurate multi-point measurement of NO,in flue gas by dividing the flue gas into equal areas,providing key data for the optimized operation of SCR denitrification process.The design of the system includes sampling unit,pre-processing unit,and control unit,which can achieve sampling in any flow domain or in the entire area.The multi pipeline pre-processing design improves processing efficiency and ensures the quality of the sample gas.The diversified control and display functions can meet different measurement requirements,ensuring the flexibility and adaptability of the system.After actual operation,the system has achieved significant results in improving denitrification efficiency and reducing ammonia escape,which is of great significance for achieving the ultra-low NOx emission target of thermal power plants.
