摘要

常规的配电网三相不平衡负载控制,更多采用负载监测进行控制,导致控制结果的网损降低量较小.为此,提出了基于深度学习的配电网三相不平衡负载自动控制方法.分析配电网三相拓扑结构的电流补偿能力,并计算三相不平衡度及负载率,根据计算结果判定配电网的三相状态,采用深度学习预测三相状态,并根据期望回报计算负载控制的补偿值,实现自动控制.结果表明,应用该方法后得出的控制结果表现出的网损降低量较高,均值为0.376kW,控制效果较优,满足配电网的现实运行需求.

Abstract

The conventional three-phase unbalanced load control of the distribution network adopts more load monitoring to control,resulting in less reduction of network loss in the control results.The automatic control method of three-phase unbalanced load of power distribution network based on deep learning is proposed.The current compensation capacity of the three-phase topology structure of the distribution network is analyzed,the three-phase imbalance and load ratio are calculated,the three-phase state of the distribution network is determined according to the calculation results,the three-phase state is predicted by deep learning,and the load control compensation value is calculated according to the expected return to realize automatic control.The results show that the control results obtained after the application of the proposed method show a high network loss reduction,the average value is 0.376 kW,and the control effect is better,which meets the real operation needs of the distribution network.
