Research on the Cascade Liquid Level Control System of Double Capacity Water Tank Based on Fuzzy Self-Tuning PID
The cascade liquid level control of double capacity water tank has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability,small overshoot,and short transition process.Traditional PID algorithms and parameter tuning methods are difficult to achieve the desired control effect.Therefore,for the cascade liquid level control of double capacity water tank,the fuzzy reasoning method is used to achieve online self-tuning of PID parameters,and a corresponding fuzzy PID controller is designed.Based on Simulink simulation modeling,comparing the output response curves of traditional PID and fuzzy self-tuning PID,it is found that the fuzzy self-tuning PID system has better robustness,suppresses system overshoot,and has stronger adaptive ability to control parameter changes.
