Factors Affecting the Surface Quality of End Face Groove Parts Processed by CNC Turning
In modern manufacturing,many parts,especially disc and sleeve parts,contain end face groove structures that require CNC lathes for turning.However,irregular shaped and high surface quality end face grooves often face difficulties in programming and machining.Therefore,based on typical practical cases of end face groove machining for disk sleeve parts,this paper analyzes the influencing factors from the aspects of machining process,tool material,blade shape,cutting parameters,etc.,and explores the precautions for solving complex end face grooves in disk sleeve parts,in order to provide some reference for CNC industry machining personnel.
