基于多层编码遗传算法的车间调度问题研究

摘要
针对传统遗传算法在解决生产条件复杂车间调度问题的不足,提出多层编码遗传算法,并就车间调度问题展开研究.通过构建车间调度模型,运用实例分析,对比常规遗传算法和多层编码遗传算法的计算结果,验证了多层编码遗传算法的有效性及在计算工件加工时,运算速度更快捷的优势.通过研究,为在复杂加工条件下,更好地利用车间调度提高车间生产效率和为企业创造更大的经济效益提供了一定的理论依据.
Abstract
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional genetic algorithms in solving complex production conditions in workshop scheduling problems,a multi-layer coding genetic algorithm is proposed,and research is conducted on workshop scheduling problems.By constructing a workshop scheduling model and using case analysis,the computational results of conventional genetic algorithms and multi-layer coding genetic algorithms were compared to verify the effectiveness of multi-layer coding genetic algorithms and their advantage of faster computational speed in calculating workpiece processing.Through this research,a certain theoretical basis is provided for better utilizing workshop scheduling to improve workshop production efficiency and create greater economic benefits for enterprises under complex processing conditions.
