摘要

桥梁的施工质量会直接影响其安全性和使用寿命.预制桩是桥梁施工中的关键构件之一.为确保施工质量,必须对预制桩进行可靠的质量检测.以预制桩的机械裂纹无损检测为切入点,详细论述了几种无损检测技术的工作原理、优缺点和具体应用,旨在为提高桥梁施工质量提供理论支撑.

Abstract

The construction quality of bridges directly affects their safety and service life.Prefabricated piles are one of the key components in bridge construction.To ensure construction quality,reliable quality inspections of prefabricated piles are necessary.Starting from the non-destructive testing of mechanical cracks in prefabricated piles,this paper elaborates on the working principles,advantages and disadvantages,and specific applications of several non-destructive testing technologies,aiming to provide theoretical support for improving the quality of bridge construction.
