This paper mainly introduces the deep integration of flexibility,informatization,and digitization in the production line of transmission.Utilizing the MES system to manage the operation of the production line,combined with the process assembly steps of the product,to achieve seamless switching of production status,improve the compatibility and production efficiency of the production line for multiple models of products.The flexible digital production line consists of MES server,PLC and RFID system,and lower level execution and perception system,which can collect real-time data of the production process and record the production status.The human-machine interaction function of MES system makes the operation of production line operators more convenient.
