电气传动故障信号的自动化控制研究

针对现有电气传动装置故障自动化控制效率低且准确性不足的问题,提出了一种新的故障自动化控制方法,并进行了实验验证.首先,基于收集的故障信号,通过小波分解和归一化处理获取除噪后的故障信号.然后,通过计算对偶优化函数获取约束条件,采集纯净的故障信号.最后,通过批次信息变量计算信息控制统计模量,并据此建立训练矩阵,实现装置故障的自动化控制.结果表明,该方法在装置故障的自动化控制方面具有更高的效率及准确性.
Research on Automatic Control of Electrical Transmission Fault Signals
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and insufficient accuracy of fault automation control of existing electric drive devices,a new fault automation control method is proposed and verified by experiments.Firstly,based on the collected fault signals,the denoised fault signals are obtained by wavelet decomposition and normalization processing.Then,the constraint conditions are obtained by calculating the dual optimization function,and the pure fault signal is collected.Finally,the statistical modulus of information control is calculated through the batch information variable,and the training matrix is established based on it to realize the automatic control of device failure.The results show that the proposed method has higher efficiency and accuracy in the automatic control of device fault.
