摘要

常规的配电网长期电力负荷自动调度方法主要使用峰荷能量削减模型进行调度求解,易受电力负荷转换作用的影响,导致电力负荷峰谷差过高,因此,需要设计一种全新的配电网长期电力负荷自动调度方法.根据相空间重构理论预测了配电网长期电力负荷,构建了配电网长期电力负荷自动调度模型,生成了电力负荷自动调度策略,从而实现了配电网长期电力负荷自动调度.结果表明,设计的配电网长期电力负荷自动调度方法的调度电力负荷峰谷差较低,证明其调度效果较好,具有可靠性和一定的应用价值.

Abstract

The conventional long-term power load automatic dispatching method of distribution network mainly uses the peak-load energy reduction model,which is susceptible to the influence of power load conversion,leading to the high peak and valley difference of power load.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new long-term power load automatic dispatching method of distribution network.The long-term power load of the distribution network is predicted according to the theory of phase space reconstruction,the long-term power load dispatching model of the distribution network is constructed,and the automatic power load dispatching strategy is generated,so as to realize the long-term power load dispatching of the distribution network.The results show that the designed long-term automatic power load scheduling method for distribution networks has a low peak valley difference in dispatching power loads,proving its good scheduling effect,reliability,and certain application value.
