直流电机的双闭环控制被广泛应用于直流拖动系统,采用的控制器是传统的PI控制器.在工程应用中,通常采用人工整定PI控制器的参数,往往不能得到最优的控制参数.同时,许多研究采用智能群算法进行整定.针对直流电机双闭环系统的PI参数整定,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的参数整定方法.与传统遗传算法相比,改进遗传算法的整定效果更佳,具有较快的响应速度、较好的稳定性和较小的超调,更适用于对直流电机双闭环调速系统的控制参数进行整定.
Control Parameter Setting of DC Motor Double Closed-Loop Speed Regulation System Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
The double closed-loop control of DC motor is w idely used in DC drive system,and the controller used is the traditional PI controller.In engineering applications,the parameters of PI controller are often set by human tuning,which often fails to obtain the optimal control parameters.At the same time,many researches use intelligent swarm algorithm to set the parameters.An improved genetic algorithm(GA)based parameter setting method is proposed for the PI parameter setting of double closed loop system of DC motor.Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm,the improved genetic algorithm has better setting effect,faster response speed,better stability and less overshoot,and is more suitable for the control parameter setting of the double closed-loop speed control system of DC motor.
