In response to the serious impact on production caused by the failure of the imported DC permanent magnet motor of the AGV,this paper introduces a localization on motor drive system to solve the problems of motor output shaft wear,inability of the controller to identify the motor encoder,inability to purchase accessories,long motor procurement cycle,and high cost.
