针对煤矿井下混凝土搅拌机自动化程度低、搅拌粉尘大的问题,结合我国煤矿智能化建设对装备提出的新要求,设计了一种矿用混凝土搅拌机电气控制系统.该电气控制系统不仅可以实现本地和触摸屏的控制,还结合了无线遥控技术,实现了对设备的无线遥控.结合使用情况,该电气控制系统不仅具有稳定性好、控制精度高的优点,而且无线遥控系统保障了工作人员的安全性,为矿用混凝土搅拌机的智能化提供了思路.
Design and Application of Electrical Control System for Mining Concrete Mixer
Aiming at the problems of low automation level and large mixing dust of underground concrete mixers in coal mines,combined with the new requirements of intelligent construction of coal mines in China for equipment,an electrical control system for mining concrete mixers is designed.This electrical control system not only enables local and touch screen control,but also combines wireless remote control technology to achieve wireless remote control of equipment.Based on usage,this electrical control system not only has the advantages of good stability and high control accuracy,but also the wireless remote control system ensures the safety of workers and provides ideas for the intelligence of mining concrete mixers.
