摘要

矿井提升机存在耗电量比较大、缺乏安全性保证以及调速范围有限等问题,为此,在分析矿井提升机最新变频调速技术的基础上,分析了山西井下煤矿的研究现状,提出了山西煤矿的改造方向.根据实际需求提出了矿井提升机的整体升级方案并分别设计其动力系统和软硬件系统.最终进行参数应用测试和实验,从提升机加速、减速和等速运行过程整体分析其稳定性的改善方法,以提高提升机的工作安全系数和作业效率.

Abstract

The mine hoist has problems such as high power consumption,lack of safety assurance,and limited speed regulation range.Therefore,based on the analysis of the latest frequency conversion speed regulation technology of mine hoists,the research status of Shanxi underground coal mines is analyzed,and the direction of Shanxi coal mine transformation is proposed.A comprehensive upgrade plan for the mine hoist was proposed based on actual needs,and its power system and software and hardware systems were designed separately.Finally,parameter application testing and experiments will be conducted to analyze the overall stability improvement methods of the hoist during acceleration,deceleration,and constant speed operation,in order to improve the working safety factor and efficiency of the hoist.
