摘要

陶瓷原料生产的自动化水平较低,喂料机的投料过程大多采取人工手动计数,工人在使用铲车加料的过程中每次都需停下手动计数,这种方式效率较低,无法满足窑炉高产量的要求.因此,设计了一种由计算机计算替代人工计数的自动投料系统.该系统提高了生产效率、数据的准确性以及设备的自动化水平.同时,将数据存入数据库,可随时查询历史数据,工厂可通过分析历史数据,优化配方,以避免因人工操作失误而造成的损失,提升用户体验.

Abstract

The automation level of ceramic raw material production is low.The feeding process of the feeding machine is mostly manual counting,and the workers need to stop manual counting every time during the feeding process of the forklift.This method is inefficient and can not meet the requirements of high production of kiln.Therefore,an automatic feeding system with computer calculation instead of manual counting is designed.The system improves the production efficiency,the accuracy of data and the automation level of equipment.At the same time,the data is stored in the database,and the historical data can be queried at any time.The factory can optimize the formula by analyzing the historical data to avoid the loss caused by manual operation errors and improve the user experience.
