Optimization Simulation Analysis of Automatic Tensioning System of Scraper Conveyor Based on Fuzzy PID Control
In order to effectively solve the problem of improperly loosening and tightening the chain of scraper conveyor,and realize the safe and stable production of coal mining surface,we analyze the respective advantages of PID control and fuzzy control,apply the fuzzy PID control to the automatic tensioning system of the conveyor,and build the simulation model of fuzzy PID control system by using Simulink software.After comparative verification,the use of fuzzy PID control not only consumes short time and has no overshooting amount,but also the tension size changes rapidly and eventually tends to the tension stability value(55 kN),which indicates that the system can well realize the automatic tensioning control of the chain.
