Design of PLC Training Experiment Platform Based on Siemens TIA Software
In industrial automation control,PLC plays a crucial role as the control core.In order to adapt to this trend,PLC training has become one of the essential skills for engineering and technical personnel.In PLC training,students will deepen their understanding of the functions and characteristics of PLC through a combination of theoretical learning and practical operation,master the basic skills of PLC programming,and improve their ability to troubleshoot and optimize the system.On the S7-1500 platform,the software and hardware configuration of the PLC training experimental platform based on Siemens Botu TIA software and the construction of the WINCC monitoring interface were completed.Experimental tests have shown that the system is fully functional,easy to operate,and capable of handling various training and experimental projects.
