针对换流站阀外冷系统保安过滤器、反渗透膜系统污堵的典型问题,应用数字化技术加强监视系统的运行数据.在保安过滤器前加装压差传感器,增加仪表故障信号、压差高信号显示和显示值.将压差仪表故障信号、压差高信号和显示值上传至OWS监控平台,提前掌控保安过滤器的运行状态.加装阀外冷高压泵振动及运行健康参数监测平台,数据服务器基于故障预测算法的计算和分析实现了故障预警、就地和远程OWS监测.通过自动化技术提高对阀外冷系统重要设备的控制精度,提前获知设备运行状态,避免造成设备损坏、系统功能破坏等严重后果,保证阀外冷系统的安全运行.
Typical Problems of Valve External Cooling Systems and Application of Digital Technology
In response to the typical problem of fouling and blockage in the external cooling system of the converter station valve and the reverse osmosis membrane system,digital technology is applied to strengthen the operation data of the monitoring system.Install a differential pressure sensor in front of the security filter to increase the display and values of instrument fault signals and high differential pressure signals.Upload the fault signal,high pressure signal,and displayed value of the differential pressure instrument to the OWS monitoring platform to achieve early control of the operating status of the security filter.A monitoring platform for vibration and operational health parameters of the external cooling high-pressure pump has been installed,and the data server has implemented fault warning,on-site and remote OWS monitoring based on fault prediction algorithms for calculation and analysis.By using automation technology to improve the control accuracy of important equipment in the valve external cooling system,the operating status of the equipment is known in advance,avoiding serious consequences such as equipment damage and system function damage,and ensuring the safe operation of the valve external cooling system.
