胜利油田油气生产信息化自建设以来,大量无线仪表在采油井场安装使用.为保证井场各种数据的实时采集,仪表出现故障后必须快速处理.为此,介绍了采油井场使用的无线温压一体变送器、RTU的通信过程以及无线温压一体变送器在使用过程中的常见故障判断.
Communication and Fault Diagnosis of Wireless Temperature and Pressure Integrated Transmitters
Since the construction of information technology for oil and gas production in Shengli Oilfield,a large number of wireless instruments have been installed and used in oil production sites.In order to ensure real-time collection of various data at the site,it is necessary to quickly handle instrument failures.This paper introduces the communication process of wireless temperature and pressure integrated transmitters and RTUs used in oil production sites,as well as common fault diagnosis during the use of wireless temperature and pressure integrated transmitters.
