传统开关普遍采用电磁式操动机构配合电气二次回路实现系统监控,无法满足智能电网对于速度响应与调节的现实要求.为此,结合相关科学理论知识,研制了一种匹配传统 10 kV手车式开关柜的智能控制装置.首先,在分析其需求的基础上实现整体方案设计,随后,分别对不同子模块进行了设计与实现.综合来看,该方案在一定程度上优化了现有10 kV开关柜智能控制装置的响应速度,提升了开关柜整体的智能化水平.
Design and Research of Intelligent Control Device for 10 kV Switchgear Based on Embedded Systems
Traditional switches commonly use electromagnetic operating mechanisms combined with electrical secondary circuits to achieve system monitoring,which cannot meet the practical requirements of smart grids for speed response and regulation.To this end,an intelligent control device that matches traditional 10 kV handcart switchgear has been developed by combining relevant scientific theoretical knowledge.Firstly,based on the analysis of its requirements,the overall scheme design was implemented.Subsequently,different sub modules were designed and implemented separately.Overall,this scheme has optimized the response speed of the existing 10 kV switchgear intelligent control device to a certain extent,and improved the overall intelligence level of the switchgear.
