电气自动化控制设备的可靠性测试采用实验室测试和现场测试 2 种主要方法.实验室测试可提供大量精确且可重复的实验数据,有助于识别产品可靠性问题,但与实际环境存在差异.现场测试可产生高度参考价值的数据,但要求设备准确匹配和操作人员较高的专业技能.因此,针对电气自动化控制设备的可靠性测试,提出了实验室测试法、现场测试法与深度学习方法的结合方案,并充分利用实验室测试法的大量实验数据、现场测试法的可靠性数据以及神经网络的预测能力,实现了对设备运行数据训练模型的在线评估.
Strategy for Reliability Testing of Electrical Automation Control Equipment
The reliability testing of electrical automation control equipment adopts two main methods:Laboratory testing and on-site testing.Laboratory testing provides a large amount of accurate and repeatable experimental data,which helps identify product reliability issues,but differs from the actual environment.On site testing generates highly valuable data,but requires accurate equipment matching and high professional skills of operators.Therefore,this study proposes a combination of laboratory testing,on-site testing,and deep learning methods for the reliability testing of electrical automation control equipment.It fully utilizes the large amount of experimental data from laboratory testing,reliability data from on-site testing,and the predictive ability of neural networks to achieve online evaluation of equipment operation data training models.
