在变电站中,空开是最常见的二次元件之一.随意变动运行中的二次空开状态不仅常常引发不必要的保护拒动,还会威胁一次设备的运行安全.针对变电站二次空开在正常运行工作中因误动作跳闸导致相关二次设备掉电不能正常运行的问题,通过利用空开能通电流以及能多次分合闸的特点,基于MCU技术设计了一种新型自动复归空开,并给出了该空开的结构特点,分析了不同情况下空开自动复归的原理.通过实践验证,结果表明,该自动复归空开可在空开第一次误动作后的短时间内复归合闸,恢复设备正常运行,保证电网设备的安全稳定运行,减少人力资源的浪费,提高工作效率.
Design and Application of New Type of Automatic Reset Air Switch Based on MCU Technology
Air switch is one of the most common secondary components in substation.Arbitrarily changing the secondary air switch status during operation not only often leads to unnecessary protection rejection,but also threatens the operational safety of primary equipment.This paper aims to address the issue of related secondary equipment failing to operate normally due to malfunction and tripping of secondary air switches in substations during normal operation.By utilizing the characteristics of air switches such as being able to pass current and being able to open and close multiple times,a new type of automatic reset air switch is designed based on MCU technology.The structural characteristics of this air switch are given,and the principle of automatic reset of air switches in different situations is analyzed.Through practical verification,the results show that the automatically reset air switch can quickly reset and close after the first misoperation of the air switch,restore the normal operation of the equipment,ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid equipment,reduce human resource waste,and improve work efficiency.
