摘要

变电站内西门子厂家的刀闸机构箱都是一体铸造而成,箱门由 2 枚螺栓固定.但手动拧螺栓很耗时且存在拧不动的现象,为此,设计一种专门的辅助工具,套住螺栓上正三角形分布的条形通孔,配合西门子厂家配置的手电钻,用电动操作的方式代替手动,提高西门子刀闸机构箱门开闭的效率,为变电站保供电、事故处理、应急抢修的快速响应创造条件.

Abstract

The knife and brake mechanism boxes of Siemens manufacturers in the substation are cast in one body,and the door is fixed by two bolts.However,manual bolt screwing is very time-consuming and there is a phenomenon of unscrewing.A special auxiliary tool is designed to cover the rectangular triangular strip through holes on the bolts,and cooperate with the manual electric drill configured by Siemens manufacturers to replace manual operation with electric operation,improve the efficiency of opening and closing the door of the Siemens tool brake mechanism,and create conditions for the rapid response of power supply protection,accident handling and emergency repair of the substation.
