Analysis and Protection Measures for Crosstalk Coupling of Electric Fast Transient Pulse Group
The transient pulse interference generated by EFT can enter the interior of electronic systems through cable coupling, damaging electronic devices. To reduce the impact of transient pulses on cable crosstalk coupling,a parallel cable coupling simulation model is first established using electromagnetic simulation software CST.When the voltage level is 4 kV,the near end crosstalk voltage of the test cable reaches 71.2 V,which is much higher than the threshold of some sensitive devices. Then,by analyzing the spectral characteristics of the electrical fast transient pulse group, the interference energy of the transient pulse is mainly concentrated in the range of 1~10 MHz.Finally, use simulation software Filter Solution to design a reasonable protective circuit. The results indicate that the protective circuit can effectively reduce the impact of transient pulses on the circuit.
