3D Modeling of UHV Substation Automation Based on Intelligent Control System and BIM
UHV substations usually contain a large number of equipment, cables and pipelines, which are highly complex and difficult to understand intuitively.Through the 3D modeling technology, the structure, equipment and various components of the substation can be displayed in a visual way,and the operation situation under different conditions can be simulated, and the corresponding maintenance and optimization measures can be taken. To this end,the 3D modeling method of UHV substation automation based on intelligent control system and BIM is studied. The least squares method is used to fit the relationship curve between calculation progress and time, the construction progress of the substation is controlled through the intelligent control system,BIM and 3D laser scanning technology are used to locate according to the laser sensor, the camera is used to obtain the substation surface color information, and the substation point cloud data correlation scene is collected. The 3D model of substation automation is built by Bentley software, and the visual information of substation automation system is used to realize the UHV substation automation modeling. The results show that the root mean square error of the method is less than 20mm,which can get a higher precision model, which can help the operation and maintenance personnel to better identify and locate the problems in the substation, and take corresponding maintenance and optimization measures.
