Quality Detection Method of Colloidal Gold Kit Based on Machine Vision
Antigen detection kit(colloidal gold method)is a supplementary detection method for 2019-nCoV nucleic acid detection,which has the advantages of convenient operation and fast detection speed.Therefore,it is of great significance to realize the automated production of colloidal gold kit in batches for effective epidemic prevention and control.The cutting detection algorithm,assembly detection algorithm,and capping detection algorithm are key components in achieving automated production.The proposed visual inspection method has been applied and validated in practical projects,and can effectively improve production efficiency and significantly reduce labor costs while ensuring product quality.
