基于QC方法减少长距离高起伏输水管线设计工日

针对近年来长距离、高起伏复杂输水管线出现频率日益增多的情况,为有效减少设计工日,QC小组通过现状调查分析确定了"输水管道布置设计耗时多"为主要症结.根据主要症结并兼顾其他因素,设定了活动目标,通过因果分析找出了 6 项末端因素.运用调查分析法确认了"水锤模拟分析过程复杂"和"管线路径决策流程不完善"2项要因.针对这 2 项要因,小组成员按照"5W1H"的方法进行了分析讨论,并制定了相应的对策.这些对策得到了有效落实,实现并超越了目标值,设计工日稳中有降,经济效益显著,具有一定的推广应用价值.
Reducing the Design Workday of Long Distance and High Fluctuation Water Transmission Pipeline Based on QC Method
In response to the increasing frequency of long distance,high fluctuation and complex water transmission pipelines in recent years,in order to effectively reduce design workdays,the QC team has identified"high time consumption in water transmission pipeline layout design"as the main sticking point through current investigation and analysis.Based on the main sticking points and taking into account other factors,activity goals were set.Six end factors were identified through causal analysis,and two main factors,"complex water hammer simulation analysis process"and"incomplete pipeline path decision-making process",were confirmed using survey analysis method.In response to the two main factors,the group members analyzed and discussed in accordance with the method of"5W1H"and formulated countermeasures.These countermeasures have been effectively implemented,achieving and exceeding the target value.The design workday was steadily reduced,and the economic benefits were significant,which has certain promotion and application value.
