摘要

北斗卫星系统通过地球同步通信卫星的数据转发功能,可实现导航与通信一体化服务.因此,以北斗短报文通信技术和Spring应用框架为基础,研究并设计基于北斗导航与通信的综合信息服务平台系统,对系统进行总体方案设计.该系统主要由北斗通信前置机、内部RPC通信、数据存储、安全控制、Web等子系统组成.该研究成果可应用于构建地面向陆地和海洋的跨区域远程信息传输系统和运营网络,在车联网、船联网以及气象、水文、环境监测、应急通信等领域具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract

The Beidou satellite system can realize integrated navigation and communication services through the data forwarding function of geosynchronous communication satellites.Therefore,based on Beidou short message communication technology and Spring application framework,this paper researches and designs the comprehensive information service platform system based on Beidou navigation and communication,and carries out the overall program design of the system,which is mainly composed of sub-systems such as Beidou communication preamplifier,internal RPC communication,data storage,security control,and Web.The research results can be applied to build a cross-regional tele-information transmission system and operation network from the ground to the land and the sea,which has a wide application prospect in the fields of vehicle networking,ship networking,as well as meteorological,hydrological,environmental monitoring and emergency communication.
