Design of Intelligent Infrared Orbital Inspection Robot in Electrolytic Workshop
This paper designs a inspection robot for detecting short circuit faults in electrolysis plates in electrolysis workshops,and analyzes its mechanical structure,hardware composition,control system,and communication mode.The robot is mainly composed of mechanical structure,infrared image processing system,control system,and upper computer.The special mechanical structure design can ensure smooth operation of the robot on a single track.The infrared image processing system can accurately identify fault points in the electrolytic cell.The control system adopts a hierarchical control mode of main control and drive control,effectively reducing the operating load of the main controller.The upper computer adopts the mainstream browser/client web architecture,and it has rich visualization functions and supports data traceability.
