Utilizing Automation Control Program to Achieve Consistency of AGV Trolley on Visual and Simulated Production Lines
Against the backdrop of large-scale development of unmanned factories,digital twin technology is rapidly emerging.Based on practical cases,it is proposed to use automation control programs to achieve consistency between the AGV car on the visual production line and the simulated production line,including consistent instantaneous actions and the same running time at the same stage of each production line.This program solves the problems of data synchronization and real-time performance in various production lines,providing support for production safety,data reliability,real-time performance,and consistency.
