Exploration and Research on the Full Process Mismatch Prevention System for Raw Material Plants in Iron and Steel Enterprises
The raw material yard is the"source"of the product process in steel enterprises,and continuous,accurate,and stable feeding is the core task of the raw material yard.For raw material plants that adopt passive feeding,mixing/misfeeding accidents will have an immediate impact on coke quality,blast furnace airtightness,etc.To this end,the reasons for mixing/incorrect materials in the entire feeding process were analyzed,and technical measures to prevent wrong materials were developed from the source of the material yard,the process of switching transportation of the feeding belt,and ultimately entering the user's material warehouse to ensure accurate transportation in all links.Practice has shown that the above measures have fundamentally solved the hidden dangers of mixing/wrong materials,and the effect is significant.
