摘要
氮氧化物的大量排放会对环境和生态造成极大危害.针对该问题,设计了一种基于浙大中控DCS系统的SCR多变量脱硝控制系统,并在某 660 MW燃煤电厂进行了应用示范.该系统通过优化前馈控制策略、增加微分环节、针对磨组具体情况设计分析逻辑等关键策略,实现了SCR自动效果与高投运率,可显著提升SCR脱硝控制系统的稳定性,降低火电机组能耗,提高机组的经济效益与竞争力.
Abstract
The massive emission of nitrogen oxides has caused great harm to the environment and ecology.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs a SCR multivariable denitration control system based on the central control DCS system of Zhejiang University,which has been applied and demonstrated in a 660 MW coal-fired power plant.By optimizing the feed-forward control strategy,adding the differential link,and designing the analysis logic according to the specific situation of the mill group,the system realizes the SCR automatic effect and high operation rate,can significantly improve the stability of SCR denitration control system,reduce the energy consumption of thermal power units,and improve the economic benefits and competitiveness of units.
