Integrated Optimization Control Technology for Efficiency and Low Nitrogen of Coal-Fired Boilers
Based on the optimization and adjustment results of boiler combustion and pulverizing system,an online monitoring system for boiler heat loss is established.Comprehensive energy efficiency optimization strategies such as boiler efficiency and NOx pollutant emissions are formulated,and new DCS combustion optimization control logic such as optimal oxygen content,secondary air valve,and cold and hot air valve of coal mill are added to effectively optimize boiler operation to achieve energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction,and efficiency increase.
