摘要
发运系统是液化石油气行业重要的一环,针对传统的液化石油气汽车充装作业存在的许多缺点,提出一种以PLC为控制核心、适用于液化石油气的定量装车系统设计思路,实现定量装车和安全联锁功能,提高生产作业自动化、信息水平,增强生产作业安全性能.
Abstract
The shipping system is an important part of the liquefied petroleum gas industry.In response to the many pain points of traditional liquefied petroleum gas road tanker loading operations,a design idea for a loading system suitable for liquefied petroleum gas with PLC as the control core is proposed to achieve quantitative loading and safety interlock functions,improve production automation and information level,and enhance production safety performance.
