Design and Optimization of Hydraulic System for Mining Tape Replacement Device
Belt conveyor is an important mechanical equipment in underground coal mine,and tape is the most critical stress component of belt conveyor,which needs to be replaced frequently.To solve the problems of low efficiency,high labor intensity,and high cost in traditional tape replacement,a coal mine tape replacement device is proposed by analyzing the tape replacement process.Design the structure and supporting hydraulic system of the device,use AMESim software to build a hydraulic system circuit simulation model,and set corresponding simulation parameters for numerical simulation.After system optimization,the action speed of the oil cylinder was accelerated,and the switching of the actuator only took 24 s.The flow fluctuation was small,and satisfactory experimental results were achieved.
