摘要

为进一步分析煤矿带式输送机传动滚筒的受力情况及可能的优化路径,基于有限元分析的理念和方法,首先应用SolidWorks软件,对带式输送机的传动滚筒进行建模.其次应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分析该煤矿带式输送机传动滚筒的受力情况,得到包括应力、位移、固有频率和振型等仿真分析结果.最后,结合仿真分析结果,对煤矿带式输送机的传动滚筒进行尺寸优化.结果显示,其能够在满足强度和刚度要求的前提下实现一定的减重,对该传动滚筒后期综合性能的提升具有一定作用.

Abstract

To further analyze the stress situation and possible optimization paths of the transmission drum of coal mine belt conveyor,based on the concept and method of finite element analysis,SolidWorks software is first applied to model the transmission drum of the belt conveyor.Secondly,ANSYS finite element analysis software was applied to analyze the stress situation of the transmission drum of the coal mine belt conveyor,and simulation analysis results including stress,displacement,natural frequency,and vibration mode were obtained.Finally,based on the simulation analysis results,optimize the size of the transmission drum of the coal mine belt conveyor.The results show that it can achieve certain weight reduction while meeting the requirements of strength and stiffness,which has a certain effect on improving the overall performance of the transmission drum in the later stage.
