Influence of Different Working Conditions on the Performance of Double Toothed Roller Crushers
To determine a reasonable arrangement of roller teeth and optimize the performance of the double toothed roller crusher,the impact of different helix angles and installation elevation angles on the performance of the crusher was mainly analyzed.At different helix angles(except for 0°),there is little difference in the crushing rate of production capacity for other helix angles.From 6°to 24°,the production capacity increases with the increase of helix angle.At low degrees,the torque of the toothed roller is relatively small.At different installation elevations,the production capacity and toothed roller torque both increase with the increase of installation elevation angle.Therefore,it is recommended to select a helix angle of 6° and an installation elevation angle of 70°,respectively.
