Influence of Shearer Drum Structure on Loading Performance
Aiming at the problems of cutting hard coal and low loading efficiency of shearer drum,the loading efficiency verification of drum structure design was carried out.The simulation results show that the effective loading efficiency of the drum is better than that of the ordinary drum when cutting the same quality of coal.The effect of cone top angle on effective coal loading efficiency of drum is analyzed.The results show that the effective coal loading efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of cone top angle,and the effective coal loading efficiency is the highest when cone top angle is 10°,the value is 72.3%.The accuracy of the simulation results of the drum is verified by the experiment on the rotary cutting test bench,and it is confirmed that the drum has obvious technical advantages in coal loading efficiency compared with the ordinary drum.
