800t/h循环流化床锅炉关键技术的研究与应用

基于某石化企业 800 t/h高温超高压循环流化床锅炉的设计条件,为提高锅炉的可靠性与经济性,深入研究了炉内防磨技术、冷却式分离器出口烟道技术、等压二次风箱技术等关键技术.结果表明,采用炉内防磨技术有效减缓了水冷壁、分离器、尾部受热面的磨损现象,锅炉可靠性显著提高;采用冷却式分离器出口烟道技术,浇注料用量降低,锅炉散热损失减小;采用等压二次风箱技术,布风均匀性得到提高,燃尽性也大大改善.锅炉自运行以来,运行稳定,运行参数优于设计要求,具有良好的可靠性和经济性.
Research and Application on the Key Technology of 800 t/h Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
Based on the design conditions of an 800 t/h high-temperature and ultra-high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler in a certain petrochemical enterprise,in order to improve the reliability and economy of the boiler,key technologies such as in furnace anti-wear technology,cooling separator outlet flue technology,and equal pressure secondary air box technology were deeply studied.The results show that the use of anti wear technology in the furnace effectively alleviates the wear phenomenon of the water-cooled wall,separator,and tail heating surface,and significantly improves the reliability of the boiler.By adopting the cooling type separator outlet flue technology,the amount of castable used is reduced,and the heat dissipation loss of the boiler is reduced.The use of equal pressure secondary air box technology greatly improves the uniformity of air distribution and combustion.Since its operation,the boiler has been in stable operation,with operating parameters superior to design requirements,and excellent reliability and economy.
