EBZ160掘进机行星减速器结构化力学分析

为进一步探究EBZ160型掘进机可能的优化路径,从实际案例入手,针对其因行星减速器结构而运行效率不足的问题,以轻量化的设计理念对行星减速器结构进行优化设计,明确其传动比、齿数与齿轮模数等关键参数信息,以此进行优化.而后对优化后的掘进机行星减速器结构进行有限元分析,结果显示,优化设计后的EBZ160 掘进机行星减速器,不但实现了轻量化,而且完全符合在正常工况条件下对结构的强度要求,表明设计在理论上可靠安全,可进一步通过现场实验予以验证.
Structural Mechanical Analysis of Planetary Reducer of EBZ160 Boring Machine
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of EB Z160 boring machine,this paper starts with a practical case,aiming at the problem of insufficient operating efficiency due to the planetary reducer structure,optimizes the planetary reducer structure with the concept of lightweight design,and makes clear the key parameter information such as transmission ratio,tooth number and gear modulus,so as to optimize it.Then,the finite element analysis of the optimized TBM planetary reducer structure is carried out,and the results show that the optimized design of EBZ160 TBM planetary reducer not only achieves lightweight,but also fully meets the strength requirements of the structure under normal working conditions,indicating that the design is theoretically reliable and safe,and can be further verified by field experiments.
