摘要

监控液压站需要采集和控制的量较多,而采用传统的分布式监控方法不利于及时有效地管理和控制液压站.为此,设计了一种基于labVIEW的液压站监控系统.该系统采用labVIEW开发上位机监控界面,利用OPC通信进行信号传输,以主控PLC和分控PLC作为下位机共同协作完成数据采集和控制执行,可同时监控最多 16 台液压站,并具有本地操作模式和系统操作模式 2 种控制方法.结果表明,采用labVIEW开发的人机交互界面友好,程序运行稳定;采用OPC技术进行数据通信,传输数据稳定、可靠.

Abstract

Monitoring hydraulic stations requires a large amount of data to be collected and controlled,and using traditional distributed monitoring methods is not conducive to timely and effective management and control of hydraulic stations.For this purpose,a hydraulic station monitoring system based on labVIEW was designed.The system adopts labVIEW to develop the upper computer monitoring interface,uses OPC communication for signal transmission,and uses the main control PLC and sub control PLC as the lower computers to cooperate to complete data acquisition and control execution.It can simultaneously monitor up to 16 hydraulic stations and has two control methods:Local operation mode and system operation mode.The results show that the human-computer interaction interface developed using labVIEW is friendly and the program runs stably.Using OPC technology for data communication ensures stable and reliable data transmission.
