Research on Positioning Method of Multiple Passive Mover in Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor
To achieve absolute positioning of multiple passive movers in permanent magnet synchronous linear motor systems,a short magnetic gate and long sensor positioning scheme based on dual magnetic tracks was designed.The dual track consists of incremental and absolute tracks,with a short magnetic gate in each track being a permanent magnet array.The Hall array inside the long sensor is composed of linear Hall chips,and the long sensor contains multiple linear Hall arrays.Among them,incremental magnetic tracks use interval table lookup to calculate displacement increment,while absolute magnetic tracks use continuous displacement encoding to identify absolute offset.The hall chip array outputted by the stator sensor digital signal is connected to the main control MCU through a bus,and signal processing and transmission are carried out in the MCU,simplifying the hardware circuit.The results indicate that passive multi mover absolute position sensors have the characteristics of being easy to transplant in different application scenarios,making the positioning of passive movers more flexible.
