Research on Rapid Enhancement of Pressure Sensor Array Signal for Industrial Instruments
The conventional signal enhancement methods for pressure sensor arrays mainly focus on noise signal processing,which cannot meet the measurement needs of industrial instruments.Therefore,the topic of rapid signal enhancement of pressure sensor arrays for industrial instruments was studied.Firstly,a rapid signal enhancement model for pressure sensor array is constructed to capture the noise interference sources of pressure sensors used in industrial instruments,and the amplitude,frequency,phase and other information of the pressure signal are determined,and targeted enhancement is carried out.Then,by suppressing the cross coupling noise of the sensor signal channel and considering the power spectrum relationship between the pressure signal and the noise signal,the original pressure signal can be more accurately restored,thereby optimizing the quality of signal enhancement.Through comparative experiments,it has been verified that the signal enhancement ratio of this method is higher,which can meet the needs of rapid array signal enhancement and has high application value.
