数字化技术在承压特种设备腐蚀损伤检测中的应用

摘要
承压类特种设备在促进国家经济建设、提高人们生活水平的同时,也因其自身的特殊性和高危险性,给人身安全、企业生产和社会稳定带来了很大威胁.为此,基于数据挖掘算法开展设备腐蚀损伤诊断预测研究,给出了以RF模型为基础的设备腐蚀损伤诊断预测方法,最后以现场实际在役的设备为例,验证了所建立的预测模型具有较高的准确性及可靠性.
Abstract
Pressure bearing special equipment not only promotes national economic construction and improves people's living standards,but also poses a great threat to personal safety,enterprise production,and social stability due to its unique and high-risk nature.Therefore,based on data mining algorithms,research on equipment corrosion damage diagnosis and prediction was carried out,and an equipment corrosion damage diagnosis and prediction method based on the RF model was proposed.Finally,the accuracy and reliability of the established prediction model were verified using actual in-service equipment on site as an example.
