摘要
传统的馈线自动化系统存在监测功能不完善的问题,会因故障处理不及时而引发频繁性、大面积停电.为此,在智能终端馈线设备及主站结合应用的基础上,设计了一种新型馈线自动化终端系统.该系统具有就地控制与远程控制的功能,可在新型馈线终端单元的支持下,实施继电保护与机械性能监测,并能实时监测开关投切时触头位移、分闸及合闸速度等参数,及时发现与有效处理开关安全隐患,减少停电事故的发生,推动配电网的自动化发展进程.
Abstract
The traditional feeder automation system has the problem of imperfect monitoring function,which will lead to frequent and large-scale power outage due to delayed fault processing.Therefore,based on the combined application of intelligent terminal feeder equipment and main station,this paper designs a new feeder automatic terminal system.This system has both local and remote control functions,and can implement relay protection and mechanical performance monitoring with the support of new feeder terminal units.It can also monitor multiple parameters such as contact displacement,opening and closing speed during switch switching in real time,timely detect and effectively deal with switch safety hazards,reduce the occurrence of power outages,and promote the automation development process of the distribution network.
