Failure Analysis and Prediction Method for Logic Circuits of Rail Vehicles
The logic circuit of rail vehicles strictly follows the design concept of fault oriented safety,and when a component malfunctions,a protection mechanism will be triggered to prohibit train operation.To ensure the reliability and safety of key functions,traditional designs generally use railway dedicated devices with mature performance and stable performance to build hard wire circuits,but occasional failures may still occur due to factors such as action frequency and load power.To this end,based on the analysis of typical device failure modes,in-depth research is conducted on the changes in the instant of logic circuit on/off,and combined with practical experience,a simple and feasible failure prediction method is proposed.This method can identify hidden dangers in advance and avoid affecting train operation due to single point faults.
