拆回电能表数量逐年增加,人工分选破拆费时费力.通过分析需求,采用生产线的形式,设计了一套拆回电能表自动分选破拆系统.设计自动分选破拆流水线系统的总体方案,包含初选预备单元、除尘单元、自动分选单元、破拆单元、自动装箱单元与箱表绑定单元;设计研究了系统中各功能模块;介绍了该流水线系统的生产工艺流程.该系统兼容单相电能表和三相电能表,实现了拆回电能表自动分选和破拆报废.该系统的设计为拆回电能表分拣全流程自动化的实现提供了依据.
Design of Automatic Sorting and Demolition System for Dismantling Electric Energy Meters
The number of dismantled electric energy meters is increasing year by year,and manual sorting and demolition is time-consuming and laborious.Through the analysis of demand,an automatic sorting and demolition line system for dismantling and returning energy meters was designed in the form of a production line.The overall scheme of the automatic sorting and demolition line system was designed,including the primary selection preparation unit,dust removal unit,automatic sorting unit,demolition unit,automatic packing unit and box table binding unit.The design of each functional module in the system was studied.The production process of the assembly line system was introduced.The system was compatible with single-phase energy meters and three-phase energy meters,and realized the automatic sorting and demolition and scrapping of the dismantled energy meters.The design of the system provided a basis for the realization of the automation of the whole process of dismantling and returning the energy meter sorting.
