摘要

通过采用最新三维设计软件的技术,梳理某垃圾焚烧发电厂主给水管道设计流程,提出了参数选取、材料选用的优化原则,展示了三维软件在电力工程设计中的优势.首先,提出了主给水管道参数的选用原则;其次,使用PDMS软件对管道及相关设备进行了建模;再次,提出了管道材料的选用原则;然后,使用AutoPSA软件计算了管道的应力;最后,将应力计算结果用于指导支吊架的配置.通过采用三维软件正向设计,不仅提高了设计效率,而且满足了主给水管道的布置要求,应力合理不超标,保障了管道和设备的长期运行安全.

Abstract

By using the latest 3D design software technology,analysis the design process of a waste incineration power plant main feed-water pipeline,put forward the optimization principles of parameter selection and material selection,and demonstrate the advantages of 3D software in power engineering design.Firstly,the principle of selecting parameters of the main feed-water pipeline is proposed.Secondly,PDMS software is used to model the pipeline and related equipment.Once again,the principle of selecting pipeline materials is proposed.Then,the stress calculation of the pipeline is performed by AutoPSA software.Finally,the stress calculation results are used to guide the configuration of supports and hangers.Through the 3D software forward design,not only improve the design efficiency,but also meet the layout requirements of the main feed-water pipeline,the stress is reasonable and does not exceed the standard,and ensures the long-term operation safety of the pipeline and equipment.
