摘要

在配电网线路结构复杂的情况下,故障区段定位误差大、准确性低,为此,提出了基于小波包变换的 10 kV配电网故障区段定位方法.利用小波包变换提取10 kV配电网故障信号时频特征,通过比较故障路径各区段的改进小波包能谱相对熵,实现故障区段定位.结果表明,所提方法在6个故障区段定位误差最大不超过0.2%,可行性较高.

Abstract

In the case of complex distribution network line structures,the fault se ction positioning error is large and the accuracy is low.To this end,a fault section localization method based on wavelet packet transform for 10 kV distribution network is proposed.By using wavelet packet transform to extract the time-frequency characteristics of fault signals in 10 kV distribution networks,the improved wavelet packet energy spectrum relative entropy of each section of the fault path is compared to achieve fault section localization.The results show that the proposed method has a maximum positioning error of 0.2%in six fault sections,and is highly feasible.
