摘要

锅炉主燃料跳闸(MFT)是火电厂锅炉的重要保护回路,其主要作用是在发生某种特殊情况时,该控制回路可以迅速切断进入炉膛的燃料,避免事故发生.目前,大部分火电厂的回路设计基本上满足相关标准的要求,但是个别机组的回路仍存在保护拒动的风险.阐述某电厂在检修期间发现的回路问题,利用机组检修期重新设计MFT保护回路并完成具体实施,进一步提高MFT保护回路的可靠性.

Abstract

The boiler main fuel trip(MFT)is an important protection circuit for thermal power plant boilers.Its significance lies in the fact that when a special situation occurs,this control circuit can quickly cut off the fuel entering the furnace to avoid accidents.At present,the circuit design of most thermal power plants basically meets the requirements of relevant standards,but there is still a risk of protection failure in the circuits of individual units.Elaborate on the circuit problems discovered during the maintenance period of a certain power plant,redesign the MFT protection circuit during the unit maintenance period,and complete the specific implementation to further improve the reliability of the MFT protection circuit.
