输配一体化电网抗差状态估计方法研究

为有效解决输配电网系统在实际应用中存在的不良量测、坏数据的问题,对比分析了WLS、WLAV、MES、MEAV 4种不同状态估计器,提出在TN、DN同时部署MEAV-MEAV状态估计器对的估算法.当远离或靠近边界点处出现粗差和坏数据时,该算法明显优于其他算法,且估计值完全同于真实值、绝对误差小,能实现高效率和准确性,且具有很好的估计性能.
Research on Robust State Estimation Method for Integrated Transmission and Distribution Power Grid
To effectively solve the problems of poor measurement and bad data in the practical application of transmission and distribution power grid systems,four different state estimators,WLS,WLAV,MES,and MEAV,were compared and analyzed.An estimation method for deploying MEAV-MEAV state estimators simultaneously in TN and DN was proposed.When there are gross errors and bad data near or far from the boundary points,this algorithm is significantly superior to other algorithms,and the estimated values are completely the same as the true values with small absolute errors.It can achieve high efficiency and accuracy,and has good estimation performance.
